After hearing counsel, His Honour said he understood tho Law Society, had thoroughly investigated tho matter and had come to tho conclusion; that there was no dishonesty involved and that it really resolved itself into a contest about tho settlement of accounts between Mr. Hopkins and au< other. Mr. Johnston having said that Uiit was tho case His Honour granted tin request to withdraw tho application.
