MAP OF FATE
TAU/Y OF GERMANY'S .CRIMES. One of tho most striking features among tho publications issued in connection with the new "War Loan is a map of Europe, printed in staring colours, in poster form. It is a geogra- | phical "Lest AVe Forget!" Radiating from various points in different countries aro lines which indicate the spots where Germany and her allies have committed those national tmd political crimes that the world can never forgot or forgive. It is a tally of Germany's brutalities in map form, which can be understood as easily by the child as by the adult. As instancing somo of tho letterpress tags to the lines the following are noticed:—"Kulilobon Camp —Inhuman Treatment of Prisoners of War," "Horrors of (Wittenburg," "Murders of Nurse Cavoll and Captain Fryatt," "Deliberate Sowing of Deadly Diseases." "Belgian De-, portations—Violation of Women and Children," "Hospital Ships Sunk," "Lusitania Sunk," etc. The idea is excellontly worked out, and admirably printed by the Government Printing Office. It bears the Loading: "The Nations' Map of the AVar—Europe To-day Through German Kulturl"
