TO-NIGHT'S ORGAN RECITAL

To-night at the .Town Hall the City Organist will give his weekly recital with some very interesting numbers, chief of which is .Tchaikovsky's Symphony (second movement from No. 0 in B Miner) (Pathetic). Mr. Page has not. played this number for a long time, and he has received many requests for its performance. A very interesting number is the work of a New Zealand composer, Mr. Alfred Hill, whose Adagio ("The Dream") from String Quartet (No. 2) in G Minor will be played by Mr. Page, as also will the following:—Prelude .and Fugue D Major (Glazounov),, Finale in B Flat (Cesar Franck), (a) Meditation-Priere, No. 40, (b) C'anzona, No. 35 (Gmlniani), and • Sonata in D Minor (Faulkes). >
