RETURN TO NAPIER. By Telegraph—Press Association. Napierj March 18. The Waikaremoana hydro-electrie scheme delegates returned to-day after a fine voyage from Wairoa. . . At a public meeting in the Municipal Theatre to-night, at which all expressed a willingness to support the scheme, Mr. H. Hill (Mayor) announced that ho had received information that the survey of the lino to the lake would bo commenced within a month.
