CLERGYMAN SERIOUSLY INJURED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Blenheim, March 16. The Rev. A. J. Seaton, Anglican minister at Spring Creek, met with a serious accident last evening. Ho was thrown from his horse, and sent to hospital with serious injuries to his chest. He is not expected to recover.

, ' A DRIVER KILLED. Fahiatua, March 16. Donald M*Lachlan, aged 50, a single mau, was killed on ilium Road, Pougaroa, to-day. He was driving a threehorse team when one of tho horses became unmanageable through, being frightened by a passing motor-car. The dray tipped over a steep bank and M'Lachlan fell underneath, being severely crushed. He died almost instantly.

KILLED BY A RAILWAY TRUCK,

Auckland, March 16. William Cox, of Onehunga, a married man, aged 35 years, died at the Hospital yesterday. Deceased, who was employed at the Totara Milling Company, was working at the Newmarket railway station, and in the.course of shunting he fell off and the truck wheels' passed over both his legs.
