SOME MINOR MISHAPS. By Telesraph.-Prees Association. Wairoa, March 16. An auxiliary camp near Lake House has been quite a Bohemian institution. A camp nre has been kepi going all night and occupants of the camp sit round in armchairs. To-day the party divided, half proceeded round the lake in a launch, the remainder visiting Wiakariti. Tho weather was perfoct. One result of the tour will certainly be a bettor, road for a growing and prosperous district. '
Jir. Hornsby had a narrow' escape when tramping from the camp to Lake House. He foil ten feet down a bluff, but was pulled up unhurt. Mr. Buick and others foil into tho lake when their launch went aground. None were hurt, and all are in high spirits.
Tho. party expect to return to Wairoa to-morrow. It is hoped to reach Napier before Tuesday.
