WHAT GENERAL RICHARDSON THINKS. Brigadier-General George S. I strongly urge every citizen to support the two greatest organisations which work for tho welfare- of our soldiers, viz., the Red _ Cross, which does so much to ameliorate the condition of tho sick and wounded, and tho Y.M.C.A., which promotes the moral welfare- and improves the physiological condition of tho men in the war."
