PURCHASE OFFICE DENOUNCES CONTRACTS. Copenhagen, March 13. The "Politiken" ,states that owing to Norway's agreement with America the German Purchase Office denounced all contracts with Norwegian _ firms, shut its office, and is returning to Germany.—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.
