VICTORIAN GOVERNMENT
DEFEATED ON A MOTION FOR REDUCTION OF ESTIMATES. Melbourne, March 14. The Bowser Government has been defeated by L*3 Wos to 22 on a motion by the Leader of the Opposition for a nominal reducticei of the vote for tho railway estimates. The Premier (Hon. J. Bowser) has asked for a dissolution, intimating that lie will resign in tho event of refusal. —Press Aesn, [The Bowser Government has held oflico sinco November last.]
