ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS

Additional regulations for the control of wireless telegraphy on board merchant ships in New Zealand territorial waters are published in tliie week's Gazette. They are as follow :-—

(a) The use of wireless telegraphy is prohibited in the harbours and territorial waters of New Zealand.

(b) On entering any port or harbour, masters of all vessels fitted with wireless telegraphy shall carry out any instructions relative to tho dismantling of the ■ same which they may receive from any naval, military, examination service. Customs, or police officer._ (c) Any breach of theso regulations renders the masters of offending ships liable to penalties.
