AWARDED PLAINTTFFS ON LOWEST SCALE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, March 8. The judgment of Mr. Justice Chapman on the question of costs in the libol action brought by Bcatli and Co., Ltd., against Maurice Goldsborough, Freclcrick James Dawson, and ''tho "John Bull" Nowspaper Proprietary, Ltd., in which a farthing damages wero awarded, was delivered to-day, plaintiffs being allowed costs on tlie lowest scale.
