A French communique states: '"Tiero was a somewhat violent aitillery duel on the right of the Muuso, espesially in the region'of Fosses Wood and the Vosges. March 7, 11.15 p.m.) London, March 7. Reuter's correspondent at American Headquarters in France states: "The American troops are occupying a new sector on the French front in Lorraine. They repulsed German raiders, inflicting losses."—Reuter. BRITISH AIRMEN ACTIVE (Rec. March 7, 11.45 p.m.) London, March 7. Sir Donglas Haig reports: "The enemy's artillery is more active at St: Quentin, BoTs Grenier, Cambrai, and Ypres. Wo bombed tho railway sidings north-east of Lille. We brought down three aeroplanes.
