The newspapers are drawing attention to a remarkable instance of German propaganda whereby many officers in the Swiss Army are recipients of a series of pamphlets upholding the German military discipline and the virtues of German militarism for the emulation of other countries, inasmuch as they embody nil the manly qualities most admirable in soldiers and civilians.
