Tlvo Govcinmont has ordered thiv establishment of ' important national workshops at Puerto liello, whero tim-ber-carrying ships can bo rapidly constructed. The ships are intended for tile coastal trade, and cargoes will be transhipped at Santos and Bio de Janeiro for Europe.
