Expect squally and unsettled conditions -with heavy showers, and probably colder weather soon. Barometer unsteady, but rising fast in a short time in the south. Atmospheric pressure continues very low in the south. High north-westerly windß have prevailed, with warm and hazy conditions and considerable rain has fallen on the West Coast. D. 0. BATES.
