A correspondent, Alex. Bain, writes:— "In the article upon the dea,th of Frank Gotch, which appeared in your issue of February 12, 1 strongly object to the statement that Hackenschmidt 'had the heart of a mouse.' On the contrary, mv experience of him, and I was associated with him for a long time, was that he had the heart of a Hon. I note the author of the statement is an American writer, therefore it does not hurt so much. Still, it would ho interesting to know his name."
