MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Me.l W. G. Kiddell. 6.M., presided over a- sitting of the Magistrate's Court 11 yesterday and dealt with the polled * cases. Patrick O'Kane and James whelan were!'pharged with administering pills to a ilcrtain female. The Court was cleardcl during the hearing of tho case. The 4 < Sensed, who were represented by Mr. ]]•.; J. O'Regau, pleaded not guilty and \r<rre committed to the Supreme Courti :for trial. Bail was allowed each accused ui the sum of £a 0 and one surety, of £50. Roblirt -Shepherd Vallauce, charged with bhing an incorrigible rogue in that ho was found begging alms in Francis Place, 'v.tas remanded for a itaek as ho was suffering from\ the effects of liquor.
