DIVORCE CASE. Mr Justice Herdman presided at the Supreme Court yesterday, when the petition of Henry Edward Card for a dissolution of his Lillian Jauo Card ou the ground ot .misconduct (Robert Scott being named as the co-respondent) was heard. v .Sir John Findlay, K. 0., with him ltft P. W. Jackson, appeared for the notitioner; Mr. M. Myors fortho respondent, and Mr. 0. P. Skerrott, If 0., with him Mr. D. S. Smith, for thu co-respondent. Mr. James Frederick Nixon was foreman of the jury. I'n opening tho case for tlie petitioner, counsel stated that the parties we>rie married at the Buckle Street Bwiaan Catholic Church on August 24, 19011 After the marriage tho parties li'viMl Jit Wellington and Foatlierston. The ro were three children of the marrial; e. Petitioner sought a mssotafawi of Ihis marriage and claimed £1000 damages from the co-respondent •Pile rcspondont and co-respondent deniiifd the allegations of misconduct. At. the request of Mr. Myers the case Was taken in cameraj in tho interests iof the children. > Tfchf ease had not concluded when tho iC"-ourt rose yesterday. ,
