CONSCRIPTS' BUSINESS INTERESTS PROTECTED AGAINST UNFAIR. COMPETITION. London, February 10. With the object of protecting the business interests of, men called up for service, the Minister of National Service- has prohibited, except under licence, the establishment of new retail businesses or branches of existing businesses. The Hague, February 10._ It is officially announced that the Allies have agreed to supply Holland with limited imports'bv Dutch v.ssels on condition that the Allies shall employ the remainder of the Dutch tonnage on trnnsnort work outside the danger zone.
