BIG HAUL OF ARMAMENT GERMAN UPHEAVAL' SUBSIDING TRIAL OF BOLO PASHA The reports to-day state that the German strike is gradually subsiding, but that the veil of tlio censorship makes it difficult to get tie truth. Herr Dittmnn, the Socialist deputy who was arrested for complicity in the movement, has been sentenced to fivo years in a fortress on a charge of high treason. The German Government has refused the request of the Social Democrats for an immediate convocation of the Reichstag. Tho situation l in Russia is unchanged. Decrees establishing tho new Red Guard Army of tho Revolution have been promulgated. These new legions, volunteers, are well paid, and are expected to dedicate their services to the Soviet Government. The Rumanians are carrying out successful operations in Bessarabia, aud are disarming largo forces of the Russians.' The trial of 8010 Pasha has commenced.
