♦ FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for high easterly winds, weather cloudy to overcast gen. orally, with rain following and a falling barometer everywhere. Stormy conditions have continued in tho northern districts, and cloudy skies are recorded generally. Strong easterly winds have prevailed and atmospheric pressure has decreased everywhere. D. 0.
