"C 2 Second Ballot."—The recruiting authorities state that distribution of notices is proceeding, and you will not be kept waiting much longer. The papers of nearly all the men drawn in tho first six ballots have been dealt with, but delay has been caused in a few cases by the adjournment sine die of appeals, rendcrinz inquiry necessary. "Argument."—Welbourne, Lincolnshire; not stated in reference books; English presumably.
