CARGOES FROM VANCOUVER
SPACE FOR AUSTRALIA. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, February 2. The- Chamber of Commerce resolved to urge the Government that, if Australian cargoes are carried in quantities to Vancouver to tho detriment of New Zealand shipmente, something should be done to protect the interests of New Zealand. . The manager of tho Union Company states that Australian cargo has no preference over New Zealand cargo in Vancouver steamers. Tho Vancouver boat comes from Sydney to Auckland with tho whole of her shipping space available to Now Zealand shippers.
