GERMAN AGITATION OVER THE SOUTH SEAS. (Rec. January 31, 10.20 p.m.) London, January 30. The "Cologne Gazette" states that the Association of South Sea Firms in Hamburg has sent a memorandum to the Reichstag, emphasising the necessity of getting back the South Sea colonies, and pointing out .their great value, not only for their productivity, but for their strategic importanco and favourable situation for the establishment of wireless stations.— Keuter. •
