Tho store sheep sale was brisk, and in some cases prices were in advance of those of the previous week-. Fat lambs were rather easier, and extorters were niakim' purchases at Btl. per lb. over all. Fat°c attle showed some decline, hut prices were still generally above export level, and only an :>dd animal was bought for freezing. Fat sheep were a shade easier, the .yarding being tho largest for some time past, Exporters were able to do some business, especially in owes, their buying price being equal to 6}d. to Gjld. for wethers and ojd. i'or awes per lb.- over all. There was a large yarding of store cattle, mostlv well grown. Steers sold well. Pigs of all classes and dairy cows sold well. Store • Sheep.—Two-tootli ewes, to 405.; four and six-tooth ewes, to 325. 6d.; sound-mouth ewes, 335.; two and four-tooth wethers, 325. Pd.; four and six-tooth wethers, 325.
