UKRAINIAN VICTORY AT LUSK 100,000 STRIKERS IN BERLIN ITALIANS TAKE THE OFFENSIVE Some new developments are reported from various centres of activity in tho European war zone. The Russian Bolsheviki ara at war with Rumania, have organised and achieved a coup d'etat in Finland, winch they are- now endeavouring to consolTdato, and have been defeated in a three days' battle with tho Ukrainians at Lus'k. Civil war, we are told, is now general in Russia. The Italians have taken the offensive in the Asiago region, broken the enomy's line at several points, maintained their gtound, and captured 1600 prisoners. The industrial revolt in Germany is spreading. One hundred thousand workers are on strike in Berlin, and the unrest has invaded important war factories and shipyards. The Austrian Premier has withdrawn his resignation, but on what conditions we are not told. Tho enemy's artillery activity on the Western front has increased, but otherwise there are no developments.
