i CHANCELLOR'S COMING SPEECH ANNOUNCEMENT CANNOT BE EVADED Amsterdam, January 21. Tho speech of Count von Hortling, Imperial Chancellor, in tho Reichstag to-morrow, in reply to President Wilson and Mr. Lloyd George, is awaited with growing interest in Germany. Count von Hertline and Dr. von Kuhlmann had a further audience with the Kaiser. Dr. von Kuhlmann received tho Reichstag loaders and informed them of the course of the Russian negotiations.
The "Frankfurter Zoitinig" urges that Count Hertling should clearly states his intentions regarding Belgium, with a view to counteracting tho effect of the Entente declarations. The "Mannheim Volksstimmo" demands a similar declaration, adding that tho Entente statesmen are cleverly using tho weakness of German policy. New York, January 2*l. Tho New York "Times" London correspondent says that ho has obtained an intimato view of the German Government's attitude.
