The Melrose Electors' Association is to bo informed by the City Council, in reply to their request that when the question of improvements to Antico Street is being considered, provision bo made for this street to bo so graded as to permit a continuation of tlio street, in order to open up an adjacent block of land, that the City Engineer reports that it will bo impossible to improve the gradient to enable the land referred to to be connected to Antico Street, and that in his opinion a new road connected in a satisfactory manner to Sutherland Road.is required for the proper subdivision of the land, nnd this work is for (.tie owner of the land to undortake.
