FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications aro for moderate to strong north-west to south-westerly winds. Weather changeable, anltry . for a short time longer in the Eaßt Coast districts, but clouding over and rain probably following lafer. The barometor ha 3 a falling tendency, but is due to rise everywhere shortly. Atmospherio -pressure has decreased, and westerly brcozes have prevailed, growing squally at timcß in and southward of Cook Strait.
