WORK FOR GERMAN PRISONERS
ON ENGLISH FARMS. (Rec. January 23, 9 p.m.) London, January 22. The "Manchester Guardian" states that the authorities are bringing German prisoners from France to work on farms in the south of England. Previous experiments have been successful. The fanners have given up their prejudices against the employment cf prisoners, and tho latter are keen on their work.—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.
