'--Tho enemy went southward of Imbros, where the Bresla.a was forced into a minefield, mined, arc sank." '' Tho Go'ebeit went at full speed for the Dardanelles. Turkish destroyors coming to the assistance of the Brcslan were driven off. The Goeben also struck i mine near the entrance to the Dardanelles, reducing her speed, and causing her to settlo down aft. Finally she beached herself on the west side of Nagara, where she h being continuously bombed by our aircraft. "Wo rescued 173 men from the Breslau.
