TRANSFERS TO REINFORCEMENTS. The total numbor of men received in the CI Camp up to January 14 was 1536. The men were classified as oil that date as follow: Transferred to reinforcements ... P. 30 Accepted for home service 30 Discharged as unfit 48S Remaining in camp 384 1530 Of the 384 men remaining in the camp on January 14, 357 were classed X—that is, as likely to prove tit for transfer to the reinforcements. The classes in the CI Camp are X. V, *nd Z. Tho figures indicate that the camp is producing about 60 per cent, of fit men from the CI recruits who ara selected for the special training.
