I CARGOES TO COME. A cable message lias been received by the Prime Minister from the Neiv Zealand Government agent, in Melbourne about the shipment of superphosphates to New Zealand from the Commonwealth. The message states thnt ships of the Huddart-Parker fleet will bring to New Zealand from 1300 to 1500 tons early in February, and that the Union Company will bring 700 tons of superphosphates in the present month, and 900 tons early in March. These cargoes will come for New Zealand consigness, and not for the Government.
