It i 3 reported from Serbian" Headquarters that the Bulgars aro unsuccessfully attempting to ropeat the. enemy's tactics on the Italian front, by endeavouring to fraternise and to sow dissension among the Serbians by a propaganda from aircraft. Frequent deserters omphasiso the food shortage, prices, and war weariness in Bulgaria.
Austria recently offered the Serbians peace, promising to surrender Bosnia and Herzegovina, with an outlet on the Adriatic, thus repeating the offer made by King Constantino in September, 1915, before the big invasion.-— Reuter.
