MILK CLEARING STATION

DRASTIC CHANGES FORESHADOWED. The Special Committee set up to report on the milk clearing station was still considering its report yesterday. It was thought probable that the report would be about complete last evening, and if so that it would be presented to the Milk Committee of ihn City Council to-day. At the latest the report is fairly certain to be handed to the committee to-morrow. It is understood that the report of the committee will contain recommendations that soni9 drastic changes should be made. . Meantime the business of vending milk is getting back to the conditions that prevailed before the opening or the clearing ttation.
