CONCLUSION OF THE INQUIRY. Hy Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, January 15. The Court of Inquiry into the charges, made by Dr. Tuacker with respect to the conduct of certain military medical, officers concluded to-day. P. F. M'Namara, a reservist, of Christchurch, complained of the treatment accorded him by the medical examiners, one of the members of which, he alleged, inferred that he was connected with a person who had "served time" for theft in tho south. The allegation was denied hy Colonel Fitzgerald and Captain Lester, N.Z.M.C. The Court then finally rose.
