THE BOWLING TOURNEY
RAIN STOPS THE MATCHES. Br Tolejraph--Pres , i Association. Dunedin, January 11. Rain fell overnight, and it is still drizzling. There was no bowling this morning. The match North v. South, arranged for to-morrow, has been abandoned. As a mark of respect to the late Mr. C. Parata, M.P., who was an enthusiastic bowler, play at tho tournament was suspended for a few minutes at 10 o'clock on Thursday morning.
