At the Magistrate's Court, George Beilby, Kenneth Connor, Erio-Lester, Harold Sinclair, Vida Young, and Fred. Nevin were charged with breaches of the War Regulations, by taking photographs of overseas vessels at Lytteltou. The prosecution stated that tho cases were brought as a warning. Each defendant was fined 55., without costs,'.with the exception of Vida Young, against whom a conviction was recorded.
