ARRANGEMENTS FOR RE-EXAMINATION
AND CI CAMPS
The C 2 lie-examination Medical. Bonrd will be in Auckland on Monday week, January 21, and it will bo kept, busy then examining First Division, men until lato in June. There ara 5565 Ci men to bo re-examined, and. the rule is that not moro rhan sixty aro to be brought boforo tho board in. a single day. Tho board has to visit, a great many different points, and a. considerable part of its timo necessurily will be occupied in travelling. Every C 2 man who on rc-oxamina-tiou is classed as CI is to bo given orders to proceed to the CI camp with the draft leaving his group not earlier than fourteen clear days after his re-examination. Appellants will not be sent forward until their appeals have been disposed of by the military semen boards. It may bo mentioned in this connection that tho February and March drafts (Thirty-sixth and Thirty-seventh Reinforcements) are already full, so that C 2 men of the First Division who may bo re-classed A and Bl will not bo "required to proceed to Trenthani before the April draft (Thirty-eighth Reinforcements). 'Die men aro entitled to fourteen days' leave between the date of re-examination and the date of concentration in all cases. The number of C 2 men to be re-ex-amined in the various districts is as follows, the date on which the board will begin work in the district l.eitg aiso given:—

Total 6565 It will interest the CI men to have also the dates on which CI drafts will enter the special camp at Featherstoii during the present year. Each period of mobilisation covers four days, the Canterbury men entering camp on the first day, the Otago men on the second, the Wellington men on ■ the third, and the Auckland men on the fourth. The periods are as follow:— January 15 to January 18, February 12 to February 15, March 12 to March 15, April 9 to April 12, May 7 to May 10, June 4 to June 7, Jnly 2 to July 5, July 30 to Augnst 2, August 27 to August 30, September 24 to September 27, October 22 to October 25, November 19 to November 22, Decemher 17 to December 20.
