Y.M.C.A. NOTES
The AVcllington Y.M.C.A. has experienced a busy timo in accommodating soldiers over the. Christmas holidays. ,Botweon the hostel in Boulcott Street and the main Y.M.C.A. building in Willis Street 906 beds were supplied, and 2053 meals served to soldiers on leave, mostly 1 members of the Thirty-third Reinforcements. A largp number of the men wero ontertained ,it supper on tliree occasions. Mr. C. SI. Luke (president of tho Y.M.C.A.) attended on Christmas Eve, and, on behalf of the association, extended to tho men cordial greetings and wishes for tho New Year. A song service was held on Christmas Ni«ht, and a'most enjoyable and happy time was spout.
