The "New York Tribune's" Tokio correspondent interviewed Count Terauclii, tlie Japaueso Primo Minister, who said it was gratifying to stand beside the United States, whose efforts were illimitable. The Allied capture of Jerusalem was happily tinied, and might be accepted as an indication of the speedy restoration of peace with honour.
