RUSSIANS IN FRANCE
VOLUNTEER. FOR SERVICE WITH AMERICAN ARMY, London, DecemtTer 21. Reuter's correspondent at the American Headquarters in France states that the officers of the Russian rimy in Franco have volunteered unanimously to serve in the United States Army". The request has been referred to Washington. It is likely that many of thoir men will follow the officers.—Renter
