BRITAIN'S MAN-POWER
THE GOVERNMENT'S PROPOSALS. (Rec. Decomber 23, 5.10 p.m.) London, December 21. The "Evening Standard" says that according to a high authority the Government's man-power proposals will include the reduction of the age to 18 and compel the scrvice of all between 18 and 24, but will not raise the maximum and not include Ireland.—United Service.
