On these grounds several valuation appeals were beard in tho Aberdeen Valuation Court, tho owners claiming (or reduction of assessments. ' Lord Glcntnnar • appealed against the valuation of £500 on Glentanar door, forest, £190, on Glentanar shootings, £300 on part of Glentanar deer- forest in Glonmuick , aud, Glengairn, and £100 on shootings in tho deer forest. Appellant proposed valuations <if £-150, £1.42 10s.', £225, and £78 respectively. ' Tho appeal was dismissed, and the Court ivas asked to state a case. In connection with an appeal jjy M:r. Farquharson, of.
