SOLDIERS IN HOSPITAL
EMTERTATNMTi'.NTS AT * CHRISTMAS. The Wellington Hospital Board 1 smiled yesterday when the chairman announced that the Minister of Public Health had made a certain offer or money for the entertainment' of soldiers m hospital. The chairman stated that the Minister's message was to the effect that the Government desired that the soldiers in hospital should bo suitably entertained at Christmas time, and that he would provide for the cost of the entertainment out of patriotic moneys in his possession. I wonder what sorkot entertainment he would be able to g*e 42 soldiers with £9? That is the number we have in the institution. .
