COUNCIL ON WAR PURCHASES
TO CONSIDER NEEDS OF THE ALLIES'. (Rec. December 16, 11.35 p.m.) v London, December 15. Official—The Inter-Allied Council on War Purchases has been finally established. It will sit alternately in London and Paris. The primary object is the consideration of the needs of tho Allies for purchases in tho United States. The Council will indicate priorities, but tho final decision regarding them will ho mado at Wash-ington—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.-Reu-ter.
