DAMAGES AWARDED
A LINESMAN ELECTROCUTED.

In the Supreme Court, Sarah Moles sued the Crown for £2000 for plleged damages sustained through the death of her son, James Casey, linesman, who was electrocuted at Rotorua. Mr. May Crown Prosecutor, admitted liability. Tito jury awarded the mother £50, tho wife (living separate) £425, and the illegitimate ohild of another woman £500.
