Best heavy bullocks, £24 12s. 6d.; prime, £19 to £22 7s. Gd,; medium, £17 to £28 10s.; light, unfinished, £14 10s. upwards, lhere wero 1411 sheep penned. Competition was keen, prices advancing Is. Gd. per head. Best heavy woolly wethers, 61s. Gd.; prime, 525. 6d. to 595.: medium, 48s. Gd. to 515.; light., unfinished, 38s. to 465.; best heavy woolly ewes,-678. j prime, 495. to 545.; medium, 435. Gd. to 475.; primo, 495.; heavy short wethers, 425. Gd. to 465.; prime, 38s. ta>4ls. 9d.; medium, 345. to 365. Gd.; light, unfinished, 325.; best shorn ewes, 38s. 9d.; medium, 325. to 365. Gd.; light, unfinished, 2Gs. Gd. to 31s. The number of lambs penned '■' 10 ( l" as i fc y on tho whole was indifferent, but prices advanced 2s. per head. Best, _3os. 3d.; medium, 275. Gd. to 31a.; light, unfinished, 19s. upwards. There was a full yarding of piffs. Baconers sold much on a par with last week's rales, but porkers wcro slightly easier.
