SOCIALIST MEETING BANNED. Paris, December 11. The "Matin's" correspondent at Zurich says that the Military Governor of Berlin has prohibited an official Socialist meeting which had been summoned to consider internal and external political questions.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
