GLADBROOK ESTATE
GOVERNMENT PURCHASE APPROVED. By Telegraph—Press Association. x Dun'edln, December 8. A representative meeting of StrathTaieri residents at Middlemarch last night unanimously approved tlio Government's purchase of portion of the Gladbrook estate for returned soldiers. The meeting resolved to request tho Government to utilise tie homestead portion of Gladbrook as a State experimental farm for the benefit of Otago Central generally and soldiers particularly.
